If you would like to submit your season schedule, please use this form to verify accepting our rates, mileage and policies. You can submit your entire season schedule with this form or send an email to Staffing@APTUA.org.

Staffing updates for tournament directors and coaches
APTUA has built an email address for all staffing updates and questions.
After you use the above staffing form, please use Staffing@APTUA.org for any tournament and match updates. This email goes to our Staffing Director, Staffing Assigner and President.
When you use Staffing@APTUA.org, your staffing requests and questions are delivered to people who can react quickly. Any changes to assignments – especially related to weather and other immediate issues – will be responded to in a timely manner.
